今日はトレーニング日。
パーソナルトレーナーの二串氏に来ていただき、２時間レッスンをしました。
ototsumugi株式会社の３人はチャーリーズエンジェル目指して頑張ってます☆ 今日は上半身のトレーニング中心でした。

だから チビ太や長男も参加してトレーニング。
久しぶりに動いたから疲れた。
今日は今日で、次男坊のチームメイト5人が来宅してBBQだ。
我が家でのBBQは彼らの中では伝説になっているらしい。
朝早くからママと市場に出掛けて、肉を大量仕入れ。
なんと今日も亀さん トレーニングにはげんでいます♪ ファイト〜♪♪♪ トレーニングの時間を短くするか、時間をずらすか悩むところです。
今日の天気予報は、くもり 昼前 から 昼過ぎ 晴れ 所により 夕方 から 雨 で 雷を伴う、日中の最高気温は 32℃になる予報です。
猛暑日になりますので、熱中症と紫外線にご注意下さい。
